Standard Tier
With our Standard Tier Managed Services package, you get protection, recovery, optimization, and support services from CertSys’ expert team.
Premium Tier
With our Premium Tier Managed Services package, you get protection, recovery, optimization, and support services. You also get the value of additional support and services, including disaster recovery, vendor management, and set-up for new computers, phones, tablets, etc. with on-site labor and after-hours support included in one monthly rate.
Break/Fix Services
When your IT equipment fails, we offer three options to get you up and running again.
Remote Service
$85/Hour
with one hour minimum
If your IT issue can be resolved remotely, we will likely give this option a try.
Remote service usually results in a quicker, cheaper solution for you! Don’t worry—our connection to your device or network is encrypted so your data is protected.
* Beginning January 1, pricing will update to $90/hour.
On-Site Service
$100/Hour
with one hour minimum
per technician needed
If remote service does not resolve the issue or we need to be physically on site to assist.
Of course, any parts or products will be in addition to the service fee.

Off-Site Service
$85/Hour
with one hour minimum
There are several services we can perform at our location as an off-site service.
For a list of these service options and prices, contact us. Please note that there is an additional fee per service call for pickup and delivery charges up to a 30-mile radius from the Greencastle, PA area.
For anything beyond the 30-mile radius, there is an additional $0.50/mile fee.
